Shipping is always complimentary and included in the artwork price. No hidden costs or surprise fees at checkout: your acquisition experience remains completely transparent, smooth, and exclusive.
Museum-Grade Protective Packaging
Every painting is secured using ultra-protective, reinforced packaging: acid-free archival wrapping, heavy-duty shock-absorbing layers, rigid corner protectors, and high-strength custom enclosures specifically designed for fine art.
Premium Couriers & DHL Express
In the vast majority of cases, we partner with DHL Express. Depending on the international destination and specific dimensional requirements of the piece, we select only top-tier specialized couriers with proven expertise in fine art and luxury transport.
Insured Shipments & Live Tracking
Shipments travel with declared value insurance coverage and end-to-end live tracking. You will be able to follow every stage of the artwork’s journey in real time until it is safely delivered into your hands.
Private Hand Delivery
Exclusively for deliveries within the Milan area and subject to availability, a bespoke direct hand delivery service can be arranged upon request, coordinating a convenient date and time with our concierge.
Direct Artist Oversight
No artwork departs the studio without being personally inspected by Giada Todesco. Each parcel includes the hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity and custom handling instructions.
Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and applicable EU consumer protection directives, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Following the completion of the purchase by the client and prior to shipment, the Artist undertakes the final and essential stage of the artwork's creation: its direct artistic customization, which takes place through dedicated artistic details or an indelible, permanent, and irreversible handwritten dedication crafted directly onto the artwork's material support, dedicated specifically to the final collector and buyer of the artwork's emotion.
Consequently, the acquired artwork qualifies in all respects as a unique, custom-tailored, and personalized creation; therefore, the right of withdrawal is strictly not applicable, and the artwork cannot be returned or refunded once the purchase is concluded.
